Pickleball Sport (“Pickleball Sport,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is an independent online resource for pickleball players, offering pickleball gear recommendations, buying guides and articles. The site at pickleball-sport.com is owned and operated by Marin Brands LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

02 / Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you email us, we receive your email address, name if provided, and anything you include in your message. Please avoid sending sensitive information unnecessary for your inquiry.

Technical information

Website hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and referral information in server logs to deliver and protect the site. See section 04 for cookies and affiliate tracking.

We do not sell products directly or collect payment details. Retailers handle purchases made through our links.

Some links on Pickleball Sport are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Pickleball Sport is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

When you click an affiliate link, the retailer may set cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy. We don’t receive your payment details or the personal information you give the retailer.

06 / Newsletter & Email

We use Gmail, provided by Google, to receive and respond to messages sent to PickleballSport7@gmail.com. Your email address and message contents are processed by that service.

Our newsletter is being prepared. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Before introducing newsletter subscriptions, we will identify the service used and explain how to unsubscribe.

07 / How We Share Information

Service providers process information needed to operate the site and handle inquiries, including Hostinger for hosting and Google Gmail for email. Their processing is also subject to their privacy terms.

Retailers and affiliate networks may independently collect referral information when you follow their links. We do not receive your payment card details from them.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ.

We retain contact messages for as long as reasonably needed to handle inquiries, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Technical logs and backups may follow our service providers’ retention schedules.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. You may request deletion using the details below, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete it.
Opt out of marketing emails, targeted advertising, or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as defined by applicable law.

Pickleball Sport is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
